Admission Process

Government Polytechnic (GP), Kanpur provides admission to the diploma courses. Students can apply for the GP Kanpur admissions only after meeting the eligibility criteria. Eligible students have to qualify the entrance examination conducted by the JEECUP for Government Polytechnic Kanpur admissions. Further, selected students have to participate in the JEECUP counselling process.

The entrance process is conducted every year for candidates of Diploma Course of such Polytechnic / Institution under the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh State, which are affiliated to Polytechnic / Institute of Technical Education Council.
